If you already have a Wood Polar account, all you need to do is login and visit the Membership Program page by clicking on   at the bottom right corner of our website.


How do I redeem point?

Rewards are available for redemption in-store or online at check-out along with any purchase.

Online

1. Login to your Wood Polar Account, and click on   at the bottom right corner of our website.
2. Click on 'Redeem'.
3. A discount code of the reward e-coupon will be provided to you.
4. Use this discount code on your next order!

In Store
Provide you Membership account login email to our staffs at check-out.


How do I check my points balance?

Checking your point balance is quick and easy! You'll need to be logged into view your points. Once you do, you can check your point balance by clicking on   at the bottom right corner of our website.


I didn't receive my points. How come?

It may take up to 7-10 working days for your Membership account and bonus points to update after filling the registration form and first purchase via in-store.


How long is the bonus point valid for?

Each bonus point awarded is valid until 31st December of the year. Any expired bonus point shall be forfeited automatically and member shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
